Labor Day I had my first tournament of the season up at Los Angeles International Fencing Center (otherwise known as LAIFC). Not gonna lie, I didn't cover myself in glory, but I also didn't roll over and die, so it was a decent showing overall. My exact results were 3-3 in pools, and winning my first direct elimination bout, losing my second. Literally a 50/50 day. So, a decent season opener overall. Looking forward to the next one on the 23rd!
